All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-demand periods (new drops, promotions), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days.
Shipping Times
UK Orders
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days after dispatch
International Orders
- Standard International: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. DISTRICT21 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. DISTRICT21 cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
